I'm pretty sure the world's fastest 'drift' was in a gtr at the texas mile. 230 some odd MPH if memory serves.

Is he wearing a motorcycle helmet?

Yes he is. A common gripe of mine, motorcycle helmets are designed to take MUCH higher energy impacts than racing helmets. While this may seem like a good thing, that optimization for high energy (taken waaaaaaay too far by SNELL standards, but that's a whole different rant) means that they aren't quite as cushiony in lower energy impacts, meaning you're way more likely to get a concussion in one.

I think that was a "unintentional" drift though

Also, motorcycle helmets are meant to take one big impact, while auto helmets are meant to take multiple (somewhat) smaller ones.

With SNELL, they're actually designed for two, which is why SNELL is bad. But yeah, that's pretty much what I said.
